COVID-19 Updates

Bella Eyecare Optometry is open to serve you. Due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, we have adjusted our schedules and work practices to support recommendations and guidelines by the CDC, in addition to state, county, cities, and eye health associations.  We have implemented new hygienic protocols and systems. We ask for your patience and cooperation as we move through this pandemic together.

 

We are limiting the number of parties in each location to the number of opticians on staff at any given time. The health, safety, and welfare of our customers and our team members is our highest priority, therefore we ask you to abide by these safety guidelines when entering our stores

Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell.  Temperature checks may be randomly applied.

Masks covering the nose and mouth are required at all times. Only brief exceptions for trying on frames at a distance are allowed.

Please practice social distancing while inside our store. We are set up to make everyone feel comfortable.

We have hand sanitizer for your use throughout the store. Please clean your hands after handling eyewear.

No self-service. All frames are sanitized and must be cleaned again before putting back.

All of our eyewear is sanitized before and after anyone touches it. We use a  short-wavelength UV-C device to kill viruses safely and effectively. We want you to feel safe trying on the great eyewear in-store at Bella Eyecare Optimetry.

We take pride in cleaning our store and exam rooms thoroughly and consistently throughout the day to keep our patients and our team members as safe as possible. We all want to get through this pandemic as safely and quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience with our ongoing cleaning processes.
